I experience a choking sensation in my throat. It moves around to different locations and is very painful. If I get out of bed it usually stops. It happened a few months ago and then stopped. Now it has returned and I have had it for 2 nights this week. I am 75 years old and in excellent health. I am overweight, and have a small mitral valve leak, as well as a hypoactive thyroid. I take 3 grains of pure Armor thyroid (spelling?) I also take Furosemide 40Mg and Potassium Cl 10MEQ. I also take lots of vitamins and supplements.
