Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be due to cold induced injury seen in reynauds phenomenon or it may be due to nerve compression at wrist. Common causes like carpal tunnel syndrome or medial nerve compression or peripheral neuropathy or leprosy with nerve infiltration etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid pressure on the hand , use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once daily for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
