What Causes Chillness And Sharp Pain In The Lower Back?

Hi, I began having a fairly sharp pain in my lower right back (almost on the side) yesterday. It has not subsided and seems strange as I didn t do anything that I am aware of to strain it. I ve had a lingering cold the past 3 weeks as well and feel fatigued in general. No other symptoms to speak of. What might be causing this?

Non radicular sharp pain in lower back along with cold is mostly of myofacial in origin. you need to take a NSAIDS with muscle relaxant to symptomatically treat you. I need to know onset aggravating factors, relieving factors, changes with posture, any other commodities or associated symptoms along with physically examine you to rule out an other cause.
