What Causes Chest Pain,dry Cough And Difficulty In Breathing?

hello sir,

i would like to consult some points regarding chest pain and my age is 30.

1)in the middle of the chest i have a minor pain but not daily.

2) have dry cough n feel uncomfortable to take breath when im in polluted area..

3)have blood pressure 140/95 maximum time when i measure

so wanna know what may be the problems n how to recover it?

I can understand your concern.
Chest pain, cough and breathing difficulty are commonly seen with bronchitis and asthma.
Your discomfort is more when you are in polluted area. This means possibility of bronchitis is more.
So consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. PFT (pulmonary function test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease.
And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids on the basis of these reports.
And no need to worry for high blood pressure. You can stillness control it with salt restriction in diet and exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
