What Causes Chest Pain?

I have been taken propranolol for the pass 4 years for migraines. Over the pass year I have had chest pains off and on and recently I went to the ER for chest pain and all the test came back negative. I also have a family histroy of cardiac disease. Should I be concern.

Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

If the tests have come negative then no need to worry. But what all tests have been done needs to be known.

Like if they have done only an EKG for the evaluation of heart then it's not enough because just one normal EKG doesn't tell that everything is fine with the heart.

So if not done I advise you to get a TMT test and a 2D Echo scan done for the complete evaluation of heart.

Hope you find this information useful.
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Regards.
