Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern
According to the history you explain the chest pain and high blood pressure are related. If you are still feeling pain i think you shold go to ER .In this situation it would be better to exclude heart problems and do some further tests as follows :
EKG
Cardiac enzymes
Cardiac ultrasound
Blood test for lipids
Chest X Ray

After having the results the relevant doctor will give you the right advice for the treatment.
I wish a good health
Thank you
