What Causes Chest Pain While Jumping?

Hi I went to a trampoline park and was jumping for about 45 minutes but then my chest began Hurting when I jumped so I say down for a while the crew asked me if I was ok I told them what ha happened they told me that it is from the pressure I continued jumping but it was still hurting now today which is the next day it hurts when I walk run jump and do anything that invovles my upper body moving up and down do you know what is wrong and/or how I can stop this pain

Hi,

Where exactly is the pain over the chest? Since it is happening with movement, it is related to soft tissue(I mean no need to worry about cardiac issue). May be from a sprain or contusion there. If the pain is not severe, just try taking analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for 3 days. If pain persists, kindly see your doctor for further evaluation.
