What Causes Chest Pain When I Wake Up?

Hey Doctor I m having chest pain during mornings not when I wake up only when I wake up and pull my shoulders back it sometimes occurs throughout the day when I breathe in bending sidewards both left and right side I used to have a light pain in the past but after taking antibiotics it became worse i got my x-ray which turned out to be normal my CEB blood test indicates higher count of Red Blood cells which is 5.7 in addition my sputum ABBS and Culture test turned out normal MICROSCOPY PUS CELLS 10 - 15/H.P.F EPITHELIAL CELLS 5 - 10/H.P.F GRAM POSITIVE COCCI IN CHAINS & CLUSTERS + GRAM NEGATIVE BACILLI + CULTURE USUAL UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT FLORA ONLY (ie VIRIDANS STREPTOCOCCI & NEISSERIA PHARYNGITIDIS) I used to have chest congestion two weeks back now its clearing up but still the pain is there slowly im recovering but its bothering me what is causing these types of chest pains they treated me for GERD even that did not workout in addition my phlegm color is white at times i get a very thick mucus which is like a blob

I would like to tell you chest pain can be there due to GERD or can be muscular due to chronic coughing.

It’s recommended for you to continue GERD treatment and take any over the the counter muscle relaxant.
