What Causes Chest Pain Upon Slight Exertion?

After an atrial fibrillation event last year, cured with the medicine, I am on Cardivol, Lisenpropril and Xarelto. I was taking a generic prilosec for the last year too. I now cannot walk 300 without getting a tightness in my chest just below my sternum accompanied by slight pain in my left chest near the arm pit. This sounds like some classic heart problem but I don t have any other symptoms and my BP is excellent with a 64-70 heartbeat. When I walk beyond the 300 it remains but is gone within 10 minutes of rest. What do you think?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of chest tightness chest pain towards the ampit fatigue with long exercise with a history of controlled Atrial fibrillation I am suggesting that you have a condition called Stable Angina pectoris possibly for coronary vascular disease
In view of this please do the following test
ECG
EKG
coronary angiography
Meanwhile please see a cardiologist specialist with the results and for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
