What Causes Chest Pain During Deep Breath?

Gud evening sir/madam i am 24 years old man before 1 years back my right side chest paining i took Xray, Echo,Ecg, nothing is there but in this winter season my ride side chest is paining when i deep breathing most of time happening in when i cold body temp. what is reason its happening.....plz give ans.

Hi thanks for asking question in health care magic.

You have chest pain while breathing mainly.
First auscultation done for whether any rhonchi or crepitation heard or not...
Chest x ray done to rule out bronchitis or asthma or pneumonic consolidation....

For interstitial lung disease or fibrosing disease spirometry also useful.This is to be ruled out if smoking habit....

If no respiratory cause present then only muscle tear or strain might be the cause.
Rest done.Analgesic taken....

If ribs tender to touch then costochondritis might causative.....
