What Causes Chest Pain, Coughing Blood, Trouble Breathing And Numbness In Arm?
I have had chest pains for quite a while. My skin is hot to touch.im coughing up blood. Im having trouble breathing. I m having pain in and numbness in my left arm. My back and chest hurt when I breathe. When I cough im about to pass out. Should I go to the ER. Im also kind of clammy.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Yes you should definitely visit ER as soon as possible. You are having all symptoms of chest infection like fever, pain, blood in cough, breathlessness. So better to get done chest x ray. Pneumonia and TB can easily diagnosed by chest x ray. Other possibility is cardiac disease. Since you are having left sided pain with left arm numbness cardiac disease must be rule out so ECG is must. So in my opinion don't wait for appointment, rush to the ER nowm
