Hey, Hi

First of there is no relation between periods and heartburn.

Heartburn due to gastritis in most of cases. Junk and spicy food may lead to same. Avoid this kind of food. Avoid overeating. Have any proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole once or twice a day for few days. that will combat your heart burn.

Regarding periods its quite common to have irregular periods. You can have advice by Obstetrician and gynecologist for same. Most of cases its sports related and next is might be Polycystic ovarian disease.
