What Causes Chest Pain And Irregular Heart Beats?

Starting a couple months ago I started having chest pains and what felt like an irregular heart beat, I have had chest exrays, holter monitor, blood work done, EKG. All so far has been found normal. I occasionally get hot ever quickly and my heart starts racing. At rest my BMP are usually 60 to 65, rarely over 70. When I get these hot flashes my BMP will jump up to 85 plus.., I am 38 yr old male with diabetes, I am scheduled for a stress test, I just get stress out when I get these episodes.., any onsite on what this could be

There are other diseases beyond the heart conditions that may cause these problems and I think you should look into it and have these conditions ruled out.

The conditions, especially considering that you are a diabetic include
1. hypoglycemia- low sugars may cause the same symptoms
2. hyperglycemia- high sugars may cause the same symptoms
in both the above conditions, checking RBS immediately via glucometer may help
3. thyroid disorders- check thyroid profile
4. electrolyte imbalance- suggest kidney function tests

This list is by no means exhaustive. Just demonstrates that there are other causes that may cause the symptoms
