Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having chest pain over the past few days I have taken what my friends told me baby asprin for my pain.also with this my heart rate is 139 but my blood pressure was 83/79. I also took a bunch of Tums thinking it May help I don't think they help. I am 30.
Hi, Your heart rate is too fast, due to it you could have low blood pressure.
Your chest pain could be caused from your arrhythmia (increased heart rate), but for giving more precise cause I need more information, like Is it the first time, how was it's onset? What was the first heart rate of 139 bpm or chest pain? your age, weight, diet, comorbidities etc
If both symptoms lasts for more than one hour I would advise to go to ED and do an ECG. If your symptoms lasts for only some minutes you can visit your doctor.
Hope I could help you. In case of additional questions don't hesitate to ask
Regards,
