I visit doctors regularly for racing heart beat from minimal walking, chest pain, dizziness, and frequent indigestion every time I eat anything. I feel like I am having a heart attack. The medical doctor runs an EKG and always says the same thing.... your fine. I do not feel fine. I cannot focus on anything and feel like I am going to die every single day. I am losing my mind and losing the drive to keep going as this has been going on for over a year. My most recent episode happened while i was in a movie theater. The left side of my face went numb as well as extreme chest pain. Everyone diagnoses me with anxiety. I have been seeing a therapist for a year for anxiety and meditate to help alleviate the symptoms. I try to excersise by taking walks to make sure that I have at least an hour of active time per day. I basically want to know what is wrong with me?
