What Causes Chest Pain And Burning Urination After Using Marijuana?

I recently have picked up some weed and has been giving me weird side effects, like chest pain, a burning sensation when I urinate and I would have a dry paisty mouth. What do you think this is laced with? I also have been having lots of acne and several flat warts appearing. It s very unpleasant, do you have any advice?

I really appreciate your concern, first thing is stop taking the narcotic drug because it may cause lot of symptoms and disease if you keep it continue to use the narcotic, for the acne it may be due to hormone changes that could be age related, may need long term treatment, hope this information helps.
