What Causes Chest Pain And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Last night I had severe middle chest pain, as if someone was squeezing my esophagus, along with a burning stomach. This has happened before but not as bad. Occasionally I ve had trouble swallowing food and even water. It s as though my chest closes up and won t let anything down. Sometimes I can throw up the food and everything is ok. If I don t, it s very painful and takes a long time to go down. Also, lately, I ve been burping a lot. I thought is was because of chemo but now I m not so sure. Any thoughts?
