Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
There is no direct connection between tooth removal and chest pain.
Possibility of painkiller induced gastritis is more.
But better to get done ecg to rule out heart diseases.
If ecg is normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
In tooth removal, painkiller drugs are needed.
And these drugs are known to cause gastritis.
So possibility of drug (painkiller) induced gastritis is more as a cause for your chest pain is more.
So avoid unnecessary painkiller drugs.
Start proton pump inhibitors. Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

hi.

if this was your first time experiencing it, it could just possibly the pain radiation upon extraction of your teeth. it would subside eventually in a few hours time. if the pain is persistent and/or progressive, it is best if you consult with a doctor for clinical evaluation.

hope this helps.

good day!!
