What Causes Chest Pain After Smoking?

I have had an increase in smoking the last few months due to increase stress, i have been having cramping sensation in my chest with hot and cold flashes and surges of adrenalin, when i move my torso i feel a cracking/poping sensation usualy followed adrenlin to that area, ive gone to my gp eho gave me a chest xray that came back clear but the surges of adrenilin rushing to my chest are making it hard to do daily activities i feel wpund up like tight guitar strings and i notice the more i smoke the day befor the worse the symptoms are the next day. Im trying to quite but the anxiety it making it so hard.

Hello Dear. The nicotine in smoking cigarette causes vasoconstriction and causes anginal pain. Smoking also causes gastric acid reflux and thus causes pain in the chest.
