Hi Doctor I'm a Tb patient (24 years old male)under medication since 5months , i don't have any symptoms before the treatment and even after the treatment my doctor advised to stop medication after 4 weeks . But from past 3 weeks I'm getting chest pain some times on left side and some times on my right side of the chest is it due to smoking?

Hey,

Chest pain sometimes occur after treatment due to some sort of fibrosis.

Yes it could be due to smoking which can lead to to infection.

Get done chest X-Ray and rule out recurrent Tb, stop smoking.
