What Causes Chest Heaviness With Body Edema?

Woke up with swelling of face, hands,..even clitorus was swollen. Feel a bit of heaviness in my chest but not hard to breath. Benadryl has eased swelling a bit birder noticeable. Stayed at hotel Friday night woke up sneezing and very congested. That cleared upon leaving room. Felt ok after with some pressure in sinus. Slept fine last night woke up with the swelling. Other than the pressure I feel fine

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having allergy most probably.
But since you are having edema face, hands and feet even clitoris than we need to rule put cardiac and renal and few ither causes. So please get done
1. ECG and 2D Echo
2. S. Creatinine
3. Thyroid function test
4. CBC for anaemia
5. S. Protein level for hypoproteinemia.
If all of the above are normal than it must be due to allergy.
Take antihistamines twice daily.
