General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that fast heartbeat doesn't cause a heart attack, blockage of arteries do. But because of uncontrolled heart rate you may go into fibrillation which can be life threatening. Mixing drugs and alcohol is a very dangerous thing and can be very hazardous to your health. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
