What Causes Chest And Back Pain?

I have been having chest pain and back pain. The feeling that I have is like a belt around my chest. I get this pain and discomfort usual when I am at work as I am on my feet all day at work. Then when I come home and take it easy the pain and discomfort goes away.

In short, an episode of chest discomfort with no apparent reason should be investigated.The characteristics that you report may be musculoskeletal but a heart source remains possible. You should contact your doctor and consider having a chest x ray and EKG.
