What Causes Burning Sensations In The Lip And Tongue?

I have been taking Warfarin for a month, due to a pulmonary embolism. I also have type 2 diabetes and take Metformin for blood sugar; Atorvastatin for cholesterol ; Fenofibrate & Lisinopril for blood pressure; and Levothyroxine for my thyroid. Last week I developed a burning sensation in my lips and tongue, with occasional numbness of my nose and chin. The feeling goes away when I am eating, or drinking coffee. It is not present in the morning when I wake up. I am wondering if I am have a reaction, or if the medicines are working different with Warfarin in my system.
