What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating After Having Sex?
i am a married who only has sex with my husband. the last tiime we had intercourse was on Sunday night? Has of today I have been having a real hurtful burning sensation when i urinate where it is unbearable. If any way by husband would of given me any type of diesase with him having intercousre with another woman.. I have never had this problem with this and i have been married to him for the past 7 years please help me. The only time i have a yeast infection before is when i was taking antibotics please help me. i also douch when talking a bath and it inbearable?
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Assuming your husband is also in strict monogamous relationship with you, then there is two possibilities: 1. Yeast infection-- severe itching and subsequent scratching can cause irritation especially after the completion of urination. Anti yeast treatment is necessary. 2. Mild sexual abrasion or trauma which you had not noticed ( a careful inspection by somebody else can point out the same) can produce such a symptom. Sexual abstinence and application of some anti-microbial creams will heal the same. Consult your doctor for further help. Dr S.Murugan
