What Causes Burning Sensation In The Throat And Nausea?

Name : Alex Age : 34 yrs Gender : Male Medical History : for the past two years being having the problem of belching, ,discomfort below the rib,burning sensation in the throat,mouth drying, recently with Nausea, fatigue,dizziness, breathing problem, pain in the throat also. Treatment History : Being on medication on and off. At the start had Velox D for two months twice a day. Stopped it as symptoms got better.Things got bad two months back with most of the symptoms returning and additions also. Presently having Sompraz D 20 mg twice a day. Kindly suggest me the underlying issue and remedy.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears you are having gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD).
2. Regular treatment with anti-gastric medications is essential. Avoid spicy food, stress and large meals.
3. Be one regular medication. Take small meals. Avoid lying down immediately after food. Continue treatment for atleast a month to notice improvement and another three months for all symptoms to disappear.
