What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest?

I have a slight burning sensation in my chest, i have dull achy pains in my upper arms to my hands tingle, I have a headache, my whole body aches. I m on medicine for panic attacks and they did test on my heart and came back fine. Plus my nose is stuffy cant really breath out of it and throat is a little sore, please help wat can this be

As per your complain you have problem of burning sensation in chest that may be because of acidity problem.
Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful to relieve a acidity problem.
Mention which hand you have pain present right or left.
If you have pain at left hand and left side jaw that may be because of heart problem.
Consult your physician for further diagnosis.
