The burning pain indicate severe gastritis. The attack of being pale once is sort of a vaso-vagal attack and overlay of Parasympathetic system indicate the same. I would advise you the following: Get stool tested. Clinical evaluation by a Doctor. Get started a PPI like Omeprazole. Domperidone if there is nausea or vomiting. Antacid every three hours. A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole. Probiotics, activated charcoal tablets. Plenty of oral fluids. Use only boiled and cooled water and homemade food. Watch for the source of infection in water or food and avoid such things or improve upon the conditions.
