What Causes Burning Sensation In Arm When Diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis?
I have spinal stenosis. My left scapula tingles intermittently. I have burning on the inferior surface of my upper arm and mild arm pain, mostly in the shoulder region. I still have strength. The burning sometimes extends to the lower arm inferior surface as well.

HI, Thanks for the query. In spinal stenosis there is nerve compression at spinal level. The burning in scapular region is due to compression/ irritation of nerve sulying to the area. Thanks.
