Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

What is the validity of Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field? I recently had one lazor treatment on feet and back. I have spinal stenosis which causes the usual leg pains. A local Chiropractor sent out flyers advertising this system to help the progress and pain. I would like to know the progress of this method as each treatment is pricey.

Pulsed electromagnetic field is a recently introduced treatment. For the moment there is not much evidence to support it, no studies to show any benefit in spinal stenosis. Perhaps in the future as new studies are done it might show benefit, but for now I can't recommend it based on any scientific proof, particularly considering costs. Chiropractics is not a branch of traditional medicine, it belongs to alternative medicine, so I am afraid many of the claims are unsupported by medical studies and it is hard to assess whether claimed benefits are real or a method to increase earnings. For the moment pulsed electromagnetic field is not approved by FDA for spinal stenosis.
