In June I started getting small (b.b. sized) subcutaneous bumps on my arms, neck, chest and abdomin. I probably had about 12 of them. At first I thought that they were flea bites, because they started out red. But, after they didn't go away for a few weeks, I went and had them biopsied, and the dermatologist told me that I had folitculitis. The bumps occured shortly after I had my teeth cleaned, and the hygenist really caused a lot of bleeding, so I think my body was "opened up" to foreign bodies. Around that time I was swimming daily in an inland lake that wasn't real clean, and I was submerged in a hot tub that also wasn't so clean. I'm wondering if I got an infection? Now, I have thyroiditis as well. I don't know if it is unrelated, but I noticed on-line that sometimes infections cause thryroiditis. I also am having headaches, and frequent urination. The bottom line is, I just don't feel the same since June, and I feel like my body is being invaded. I did just finish a round of antibiotics for a bladder infection, and I just took a blood test for my Thyroid issues. I am waiting for the results of those, but thought I would inquire.
