General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Your symptoms are likely to be due to mild vaginal infection.Avoid pinching or poking the bumps since it can cause spread of infection. It is unlikely to be due to sexually transmitted infections.

Antibiotic creams should be used to reduce the symptoms.Vaginal hygiene should be maintained.Frequently change your pads and nappy rash creams can be used at night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
