What Causes Bumps Along Labia Minora After Having Unprotected Oral Sex?
Hello, I have recently felt swelling and itchiness on my labia minora, as well as something that looks like chunky, white discharge from my vaginal opening. There appears to be bumps or wrinkles along the labia minora as well. I had unprotected oral sex two weeks ago, but there was no genital to genital contact. I'm not sure what this is? Is it a yeast infection?

This is most likely a vaginal yeast infection, candidal vulovaginitis. Itching is a symptom in yeast infection. Candidal vaulvovaginitis is not an STD.
Vaginal yeast infections may also associated with thick chunky vaginal discharge.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole vaginal tablets once daily for 7 days.
A single dose of an Oral antifungal e.g fluconzole is also curative. Oral antifungals are prescription drugs.
If the condition does'nt improve as expected, I would suggest that you visit a specialist for a review of the diagnosis.
