What Causes Bump On Back Of Neck And Headache?
Hi, I have had a small (pea sized) bump on the back of my neck on the left side for years, and I have recently noticed an odor coming from it. It is mobile and usually doesn't hurt, but lately it has felt like pressure is being put on it which causes a headache. Please help!

So it should be evaluated properly for further treatment...
Your physical examination and FNAC from lump needed to evaluate nature of lesion...
If needed surgical excision done...
If it is infective lesion than suitable medication given....
As it is mobile and pain less benign lipoma lesion can be there
Advise : Surgeon consultation nearby for examination and further work up
