Hi, I had rough sex about four days ago and felt mild to medium discomfort. I didn t notice anything odd until 2-3 days later and saw bruising about 2 inches in diameter on the top of the scrotum. The bruising is only on top and extends to the very bottom of the penis. I only have noticed mild discomfort at most and maybe a very light swelling of the vas deferens (just below the shaft and above the testicles). Is this something to be concerned about?
