What Causes Bruises On The Body After Getting Heart Attack?

hi my brother died over sea,s a few weeks ago it toke us 11 days 2 get him home he died of a heartattack ,wen i looked at his hand it was badly bruised an every nuckle on it an all so the right side of his forehead had a big bruise on it wat i would like 2 no is do u bruise wen u die of a heartattack or could it of bring from a fight wen he was alive

post mortem staining may appear only on dependent portion of the body like over buttocks heel and nape of the neck.
knuckle staining may appear after death

bruises and staining are both distinct and easily differentiable .
