What Causes Brownish Lumpy Discharge With Bright Red Blood After Provera Shot?
I started my first period after one round of the Depo Provera shot on November 30. It lasted until Dec 5. When I went to the bathroom this morning and wiped I noticed a brownish-black lumpy discharge mixed with bright red blood. I am now experiencing cramps like I am menstruating again.
Could this discharge be due to the depo shot? I was hoping my cycle would become regular since I had had a normal period.

The irregularity of the period may be due to the Harmon used in depot shots.The other reasons may be the anemia and infection.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, hematinics.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
