OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Any discharge from the nipple needs to be thoroughly investigated as it can be a early symptom of breast cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an oncologist to get properly examined for any breast lump, the discharge, get investigated by mammography and biopsy and get appropriate treatment
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
