I had a laparoscopy 12 days ago, as an internal ultra-sound showed 2 cysts on my right ovary. During the laparoscopy the doctor also found some Endometriosis. My period was due yesterday (it's never normally late) but, it hasn't arrived yet. Although, from yesterday when I go to the toilet & wipe myself there is a brown discharge. It doesn't smell & I've never had it before. As far as I know, the doctor did not remove anything during the laparoscopy. Is this normal? I have a follow up appointment with my gynaecologist in a few weeks.
