Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have regular monthly menstrual cycles, this is your fertile phase and your chances of conception are high. If you are regularly using oral contraceptives, your cycle is protected and there is no need to worry. As you consumed six pills, your hormone balance has been disturbed and this is the cause of the spotting you have seen. This high hormone dose is the reason for the breast tenderness as well. Your next period also may get delayed and if you become overdue by more than a week, please get further help from your consultant. Hope this helps.
