What Causes Brown Watery Vaginal Discharge?
I have been having brown water discharge for about 2 weeks in place of my period. I have also had an upset stomach, lack of appetite and bloating. I am 28 years old and have PCOS. I have recently started running and have been under stress and anxiety. I had a pelvic exam and nothing was abnormal. What could be causing this?

Hi,
You need to check your Body mass index to see if you are overweight / obese. Also, do your luteinizing hormone and follicular stimulating hormone assessment. Regular exercise daily or at least alternate day for minimum half an hour will help you. You may need a course of Diane 35 once a day for total 3 months.
