What Causes Brown Particles In Urine?

Hello.... I ve been on the depo shot since November....haven t had my menstrual nor have I spotted since I ve been the shot....but now I m noticing dark brown particles coming out when I urine...trying to find out does that have anything to do with the depo shot

In kidney infection Brown spots urine can seen.
