What Causes Brown Oily Discharge From Anus With Foul Smell From Vaginal Area?

Hi, Doctor , For one I have a brown oily discharge comming from my Anus . What is the cause of this? Also I have A very foul smell from my vaginal area and it sometimes itches , what is the cause of this? I m not sexually active at all , I m so confused Please respond , Sabrina

Hi. This can be because of fatty meal or oily things /fish oil intake. But i will advise you to consult a surgeon and also rule out the possibility of any fistula .
The reason for smell in vagina can be due to poor vaginal hygeine or bacterial vaginosis or some vaginal infection .It is not necessary that sexually active females get this.You should get your urine routine ex. and apply antifungal cream with steroid and also take a course of tab. metrogyl after consulting your dr.
