I was due to start my period Nov. 20th. My last one started Oct. 22 and I am 28 day regular cycle. I still have not had a period but had 4 days of a very light, brown discharge with alot of cramping I took a pregnancy test Nov. 24 and first thing this a.m. Both are negative could I be pregnant? It took over 4 years for me to get pregnant with my first son now 10 months old

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Scanty flow during menstruation can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
