What Causes Brown Discharge After A Surgical Abortion?
i had a surgical abortion a month ago and started on the pill a week after the abortion, i bled hevily after the abortion for 3 days then lightly for another 2 weeks- since then i've had brown discharge. I took a week off the pill to bleed and it was normal, when i started taking it again the brown discharge came back. Have i got an infection?

You need not worry.
Breakthrough bleeding or spotting is known side effect of pills.
I you have already done ultrasound scan to know whether miscarriage is completed or not, if completed then you need not worry.It is due to pill.These side effect of will disappear shortly.You can continue your pills.
