What Causes Bright White Flashes In The Centre Of The Eye?

Have choroidal melanoma and had surgery last summer - the radiation plaque - I had flashes and floaters afterwards and at my last follow up appointment 3 months ago, they stated I have fluid which is pooling to the bottom of my eye and that it is a 50/50 chance it will go away on its own. I am now having bright white flashes in the centre of my eye and think I can see the fluid in the corner bottom of my eye...is this cause for concern? The tumour sits on or near my optic nerve. Thank you, LiLLian
