What Causes Breathlessness, Stuffy Nose And Sore Throat?

Hi 2 days ago i had a scratchy sore throat & a stuffy nose yesterday i woke up having a hard time to breathe due to a swollen uvula. I googled it & tried the home remedies i drank orange juice, ice water, ate ice cream, & gargled with salt water the swelling went down but its not quite back to normal size, this morning i woke up and theres like a white pus pocket on the uvula what should i do about it? I currently dont have medical insurance because i just moved from hawaii to california, but i need help please.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, it seems that you might be having vuvular edema first then pus from overnight. u need to take antihistamine and antibiotic course as in severe case it may cause airway obstruction. severity can be assessed by an ent surgeon, kindly visit. all the best. take care.
