Hello,

I would like to tell you that the treatment for helicobacter pylori never causes breathing problems usually. I would suggest you visit your doctor and get yourself examined for respiratory problems. It could be side effects of medicines but visit a doctor to rule this out. Kindly mention what drugs you are on? So that I may help you better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sheetal Verma
