What Causes Breast Pain, Constipation And Headache While Having PCOS?

I have been feeling off for a few weeks now. My breast pain is what is concerning me the most. I have pcos, horrible breast pain ( never had before) , constipated! nausea, and headaches. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests just to check. All came back negative. What s your thoughts about what could be going on? Or what to do?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Firstly, you should have a proper clinical evaluation by a specialist to detect any masses or infection in the breast. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy. They can happen with hormone imbalances, gastrointestinal tract infection, general causes like malnourishment etc. Please maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and regular exercise. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
