What Causes Breast Discharge When Not Pregnant?

Hiii, ive been sexually active with no protection at all but the pull out method. Recently my breasts have felt fuller and they have hurt on and off not too extreme. I had my period and negative pregnancy test at the clinics office, but a night ago i squeezed my right breast and got clear liquid coming out of it which has never happened. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative.. what can this be its starting to worry me.

Hi,
Sometimes overstimulation of the breasts during sexual arousal can lead to milk production . Also certain drugs - psychotropic drugs, hypothyroidism, herbs can lead to this.
If your breasts are very painful and have a local rise in temperature kindly visit a doctor as it may be an abscess in such case - this may need antibiotics and drainage.

Thanks
